Consulting: In our consulting role, we negotiate fees with our clients. Typically, we charge a retainer based on the size of the team assigned to an engagement and the amount of time that the team will need to devote to that engagement. Subscription: We report the results of our extensive market and industry research in periodic news letters and reports. Businesses and individuals can subscribe to our newsletters & reports for a fixed membership fee. Success Fees: We assist clients implement their business strategies. As a service to and to share the risk of implementing business strategies with our clients we frequently accept fees based on the successful completion of a transaction. |
